At Kj's Crafts, we stand behind our products, our service, and our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact Kjersti Wasiak via our Contact Us page.  We will be happy to replace the product with another selection, as long as:

• The item is still in the original condition.
• The item is returned within 15 days of shipment.
• The item is returned via UPS or FedEx or USPS.

If your item is damaged, please return the it to Kj's Crafts and we will resend another at no additional cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged or used items cannot be returned for exchange. Sale items are considered final sales and also cannot be returned.

For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.  Kj's Crafts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
